Terms
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of callminii.com and any order you place with CALLMINI LLC. Placing an order means you accept them.
Last updated September 18, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
callminii.com is operated by CALLMINI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000, #38853, Casper, WY 82609, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean CALLMINI LLC, and “you” means the person placing the order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must supply a delivery address within the United States. We sell to consumers for personal use; if you want to buy for resale, contact us first.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, and each product page states the material, the capacity where it applies, the dimensions and the weight. Dimensions and weights are measured by us and are accurate to within normal manufacturing tolerance, which for glassware and cast metal is larger than you might expect. Photographs are representative; colour rendition varies between screens, and natural materials such as beech and walnut vary between pieces.
Nothing on this site is a warranty that a product is suitable for a particular purpose beyond the ordinary use it is described for.
4. Prices
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. They exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. Shipping is free. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, offer the correct price, and cancel and refund in full if you would rather not proceed.
5. How an order is made
Adding items to a cart is not an order. Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send the dispatch email. Until then we may decline the order, for example if the item is out of stock, if the address is outside the United States, or if the order is flagged by fraud screening. If we decline, you are charged nothing.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods and how your card details are handled are set out on our Payment and Security page. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full. Risk passes to you on delivery.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms, estimated times and what happens to damaged or lost parcels are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by a carrier, by weather or by any other event outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and, if a parcel is lost, replace or refund it.
8. Returns
Your right to return goods is set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy, which also forms part of these terms. That policy gives you 35 days and a free return label, which is more than the law requires; your statutory rights are unaffected by it.
9. Product safety and correct use
Follow the care instructions printed on each product page. Glassware is not heatproof and will break if it is thermally shocked. Wooden items must not be soaked or put in a dishwasher. Ice picks are sharp tools and should be used away from the body, with the guard fitted in storage and out of reach of children. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by use contrary to these instructions.
10. Our liability
We are liable to you for losses you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss of profit, or for losses arising from your use of a product otherwise than as described. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where our liability is not excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
11. Intellectual property
All text, photography, layout and design on callminii.com belongs to CALLMINI LLC or is used under licence. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written permission. You may of course share a link.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to introduce malicious code, or to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service, close accounts and cancel orders where we reasonably believe this has happened.
13. Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a product review you confirm it is your own honest opinion and based on your own experience. We publish reviews whether they are positive or not, and we do not edit them for content. We may remove anything unlawful, abusive, off topic or containing personal information. We do not pay for reviews and we do not accept reviews written for payment by anyone else.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States. The courts of the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction, and nothing here deprives you of the protection of the consumer laws of the state where you live.
16. Severability
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
