Two sixty millimetre spheres. A sphere has the least surface area of any shape for its volume, which is the whole argument: it melts slower than the same weight of cubes and dilutes a spirit more gently. These are silicone with a rigid lid so the halves do not bow.
Features
- 60 mm spheres, two per set
- Rigid lid stops the mould bowing as water expands
- Silicone body, ice releases with a twist
- Fill port on top, no overflow
- Stacks in the freezer
- Fits a double old fashioned glass
