The second strainer, used in the other hand. You pour through the Hawthorne and through this at the same time, and what lands in the glass has no ice shards, no citrus pulp and no herb fragments in it. Double layered mesh so nothing works its way through.
Features
- Two layers of woven mesh, 0.5 mm aperture
- 3.5 in bowl, wide enough to catch a fast pour
- Two rim hooks so it rests on a glass while you work
- Wire handle, flat so it does not roll
- Welded rim, mesh will not lift
- Use alongside a Hawthorne, not instead of one
